Sheetlenz is a spreadsheet analytics and intelligence platform operated by Forin Tech Private Limited. The platform allows users to connect Google Sheets and upload Excel or CSV files to generate analytics dashboards, insights, and AI-powered answers.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use Sheetlenz. If you are using Sheetlenz on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may connect Google Sheets to Sheetlenz by granting the permissions required by the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access and process the connected spreadsheet data.

You may upload Excel and CSV files for processing by Sheetlenz. You are responsible for ensuring that the uploaded files do not contain information that you are not authorized to process.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect to Sheetlenz. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your customer or business data to Sheetlenz.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, integrity, and security of the data you submit to Sheetlenz and for obtaining all required permissions and consents.

Sheetlenz may use artificial intelligence and automated processing to analyze your data and generate dashboards, summaries, insights, recommendations, and answers.

AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before being used for important decisions.

You agree not to use Sheetlenz to:

Certain Sheetlenz features may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, features, usage limits, and pricing may be described on the Sheetlenz website or within the service.

Where applicable to a paid subscription or agreement, cancellation may require at least 30 days' prior notice. The applicable cancellation terms may also be specified in the relevant subscription or commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Where Sheetlenz elects to provide a future service credit for an eligible non-refundable payment, the credit may be subject to the following conditions:

Subscriptions may automatically renew where automatic renewal is enabled. You are responsible for reviewing your subscription and cancellation settings before renewal.

Sheetlenz may change subscription prices or plan structures from time to time. Where required, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

Sheetlenz may offer free trials, promotional pricing, credits, or other offers. Such offers may have additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access to Sheetlenz where reasonably necessary, including where:

Upon termination, your right to access and use Sheetlenz may end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Sheetlenz, including its software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Forin Tech Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding Sheetlenz, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that such use does not disclose your confidential information.

We aim to keep Sheetlenz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Sheetlenz may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including Google and infrastructure or payment providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect information processed through Sheetlenz. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

We may maintain backups of certain information for operational, security, disaster recovery, or legal purposes. Backup copies may remain for a reasonable period after deletion or termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheetlenz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always meet your requirements or that results will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Sheetlenz provides analytics and information tools and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, investment, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forin Tech Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Sheetlenz.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forin Tech Private Limited and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

Your use of Sheetlenz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Enterprise customers may be subject to additional commercial, security, privacy, or data-processing terms contained in a separate agreement.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of Sheetlenz from time to time. We may also change or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, operational, technical, or business reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted or otherwise made available through Sheetlenz, unless a different effective date is stated.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Forin Tech Private Limited.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and agreements referenced herein, constitute the agreement between you and Forin Tech Private Limited regarding your use of Sheetlenz.
